WINE ACCOMPLIS LIMITED WARRANTY

Wine Accomplis | Effective August 30, 2026

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY  New consumer products made by Wine Accomplis are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year beginning on delivery. TecVino and Magnumaster are outsourced products covered by their applicable manufacturer warranties and nonwaivable law, not by this Wine Accomplis manufacturer warranty.

Warrantor and Scope

This limited warranty is provided by Panache Wine Solutions LLC, operating as Wine Accomplis ("Wine Accomplis"). It applies to a new product manufactured or made to order by Wine Accomplis and sold as a consumer product for personal, family, or household purposes in the United States. It does not apply to a TecVino or Magnumaster product, except that Wine Accomplis remains responsible for obligations that applicable law imposes on it as the retail seller.

This warranty follows the covered product during the warranty term. A person requesting service must provide reasonable proof of the original purchase and delivery date. Product registration is not required for coverage.

Warranty Term

The warranty term is one (1) year beginning on the date the covered product is delivered to the original purchaser. It does not begin when an order is placed, a deposit is paid, production begins, or the product is shipped. Time during which a covered product is unavailable because of warranty service is treated as required by applicable law.

What Wine Accomplis Warrants

During the warranty term, Wine Accomplis warrants that the covered product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use and will materially conform to the approved written product description and specifications, subject to stated dimensions, tolerances, and material characteristics.

Natural variation in wood, stone, leather, Alcantara or other textiles, metal, glass, color, grain, texture, veining, patina, hand-applied finish, and other materials is not a defect when it falls within the approved sample, description, or reasonable manufacturing tolerance. Normal settling, aging, or finish development that does not impair ordinary function is also not a defect.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Contact Wine Accomplis at jason@panachewinecellars.com or 888-747-8785. Provide the purchaser's name, order number or other proof of purchase, delivery date, product description, current location, a description of the problem, and photographs or video when reasonably available. Do not continue using a product that appears unsafe.

Wine Accomplis may perform reasonable remote troubleshooting, request safe access for inspection, or identify an authorized service provider. A customer is not required to ship a large, heavy, installed, or attached product when shipment cannot reasonably be accomplished. For a verified covered claim, Wine Accomplis will bear reasonable covered parts, labor, inspection, and transportation costs, including on-site service, pickup, or other transport when required because of the product's size, weight, installation, attachment, or the nature of the defect.

Remedies

For a covered defect, Wine Accomplis will begin service within a reasonable time and may initially elect to repair or rework the product, replace a defective part, or replace the product with an identical or reasonably equivalent product. Any repaired or replacement product remains covered for the longer of the remaining original warranty term or the minimum period required by law.

If Wine Accomplis cannot conform the product to the warranty within the time or after the reasonable number of attempts allowed by applicable law, Wine Accomplis will replace the product or refund the purchase price attributable to the covered product, less a lawful allowance for use only when permitted. A legally required refund will be made to the original payment method. No restocking fee applies to a warranty remedy.

For California consumer purchases, covered service or repair will be handled in accordance with mandatory California law, including applicable timing, transportation, repair, replacement, and reimbursement duties. This warranty does not require a California consumer to surrender a nonwaivable remedy.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover normal wear; consumables; expected material or finish variation; cosmetic change after delivery that does not result from a manufacturing defect; accident; misuse; abuse; neglect; improper storage, cleaning, maintenance, site preparation, installation, assembly, anchoring, voltage, ventilation, drainage, humidity, temperature, or environmental conditions; unauthorized modification or repair; use contrary to instructions or capacity limits; commercial use of a product expressly sold only for consumer use; or damage caused by a third-party carrier selected solely by the customer.

An exclusion applies only to the extent the excluded circumstance caused the claimed problem. This warranty does not exclude a defect caused by Wine Accomplis, its authorized provider, or a covered component, and it does not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.

TecVino and Magnumaster

TecVino and Magnumaster are manufactured by third parties. The written manufacturer warranty applicable to the specific model will be displayed or linked near the product description before purchase and will control its stated duration, coverage, exclusions, and claims process. Wine Accomplis will provide a copy on request and will coordinate a claim through the applicable manufacturer or authorized service process.

A manufacturer warranty does not eliminate obligations imposed on Wine Accomplis as the seller, including implied-warranty or other consumer remedies that applicable law makes nonwaivable. If an outsourced product is sold without an applicable written manufacturer warranty, the product page or order documents will say so before purchase.

Commercial and Trade Purchases

A separate written quotation or commercial agreement may state warranty terms for a product sold primarily for hospitality, restaurant, retail, trade, or other commercial use. Federal consumer-warranty rules may not apply to a product sold only for resale or commercial purposes. A separate commercial term does not override a law that applies because the product is normally used for personal, family, or household purposes or because another nonwaivable rule governs the sale.

Implied Warranties and Other State Rights

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the one-year duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limits on the duration of an implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply to you. In California, implied warranties and other rights apply for the scope and duration required by the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and cannot be disclaimed by this document.

To the extent permitted by law, Wine Accomplis is not responsible under this limited warranty for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of those damages, so that limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

FINAL SALE DOES NOT MEAN NO WARRANTY  A custom, made-to-order, or special-order product may be final sale for discretionary returns while remaining fully covered by this limited warranty, an applicable manufacturer warranty, and nonwaivable consumer law.
