PANACHE WINE SOLUTIONS LLC
SHIPPING & FREIGHT POLICY
Wine Accomplis | Effective August 30, 2026
DELIVERY OVERVIEW TecVino and Magnumaster may ship from a supplier or warehouse; Wine Accomplis-made products may ship from our fabrication or fulfillment location. Parcel and freight charges, timing, and service depend on the product and destination. Freight delivery is normally curbside unless upgraded service is stated in writing.
Scope and Service Area
This Shipping & Freight Policy applies to products purchased directly from Wine Accomplis through wineaccomplis.com, an accepted quotation, invoice, or another direct sales channel. It is incorporated into the Wine Accomplis Terms of Service and the applicable order confirmation.
Wine Accomplis does not accept orders for delivery to Puerto Rico and does not ship orders into Puerto Rico. Standard shipment may be offered within the contiguous United States when the product and carrier permit. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories other than Puerto Rico, remote locations, and international destinations require written approval or an individual quotation. Availability shown at checkout or confirmed in writing controls for the order.
Product Origin and Fulfillment
TecVino and Magnumaster are the only outsourced product lines. An in-stock or special-order TecVino or Magnumaster product may be shipped directly by its supplier, manufacturer, or designated warehouse. All other Wine Accomplis products are made by Wine Accomplis and may ship from the fabrication location or another fulfillment point disclosed for the order.
A direct shipment does not change Wine Accomplis's obligations as the seller. Wine Accomplis remains responsible for order communications, legally required delay notices and refunds, and coordination of return, freight-damage, and warranty procedures described in the applicable policies.
Shipping and Freight Charges
Shipping or freight charges may be shown at checkout, invoiced separately, or included in a written quotation. Charges may depend on product size and weight, origin, destination, access, liftgate requirements, delivery appointment, inside-delivery services, insurance, fuel or remote-area surcharges, customs, and other carrier costs.
Unless expressly included, prices do not include installation, assembly, unpacking, debris removal, rigging, stairs, elevator coordination, permits, duties, brokerage, storage, redelivery, or site modification. Additional services must be requested before shipment and are subject to availability and added charges.
Order Processing and Shipment Estimates
Product-page, quotation, and order-confirmation dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Supplier lead time for TecVino or Magnumaster, fabrication time for Wine Accomplis-made products, and carrier transit time are separate. An order containing multiple products may ship in separate packages or at different times.
Wine Accomplis will state a shipment estimate before purchase and will maintain a reasonable basis for that estimate. If no shipment time is stated, Wine Accomplis will ship within the period required by applicable law or provide the required delay notice and cancellation option.
Made-to-Order and Special-Order Payment
A Wine Accomplis-made custom or made-to-order piece requires a fifty percent (50%) deposit that is designated nonrefundable when the order is accepted, to the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the Returns & Custom Orders Policy. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due when the piece is ready for shipment and must be paid before carrier release, unless the written quotation states another schedule. Production and shipment may be paused while an amount is overdue.
The product page, quotation, or order confirmation will state any deposit or payment schedule for a special-order TecVino or Magnumaster product. If none is stated, full payment is due before supplier release or shipment. The supplier commitment point and final-sale status must be disclosed before billing.
Fabrication and delivery estimates begin only after required approvals, specifications, site information, and deposit are received. Customer-requested changes, delayed approvals, site constraints, supplier changes, and overdue payments may extend the estimate.
Delays, Backorders, and Cancellation Rights
Production, supplier, customs, port, carrier, weather, labor, material, power, technology, and other events may affect estimated dates. Wine Accomplis will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.
When applicable law requires notice of a delay, consent to a revised shipment date, or an option to cancel unshipped merchandise for a full and prompt refund, Wine Accomplis will provide that remedy. A legally required delayed-shipment refund will be returned to the original payment method and is not reduced by a restocking fee or limited by final-sale or nonrefundable-deposit terms.
Backordered, preorder, and limited-production products remain subject to availability. Wine Accomplis may allocate inventory, cancel an unavailable item, or offer a substitute. A materially different substitute will not be shipped without customer approval.
Delivery Address and Site Access
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number, email address, authorized recipient, and any access restrictions before shipment. Before ordering, confirm doors, corridors, stairs, elevators, loading areas, ceiling height, turning radius, floor loading, and other conditions needed to receive the product.
Address corrections, restricted access, missed appointments, unavailable recipients, inadequate loading access, or other customer-caused conditions may result in storage, waiting-time, reconsignment, redelivery, return-freight, or other carrier charges payable by the customer.
Parcel Delivery
Parcel carriers may leave a shipment without a signature when their service permits. Tracking information, when available, is provided as a convenience and may update after the carrier receives the package. Requests for signature, hold, address change, or special handling are subject to carrier availability and may involve added charges.
Freight Delivery
Unless the order expressly states otherwise, freight service is curbside delivery to the carrier's standard accessible delivery point. It does not include inside delivery, placement in a room, unpacking, assembly, installation, removal of packaging, stairs, elevator service, rigging, or site work.
Freight carriers may contact the customer to schedule a delivery window. The customer or an authorized adult must be present, have a safe and accessible receiving area, and be able to inspect the shipment. Delivery windows are estimates controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed appointment times unless a guaranteed service is purchased in writing.
Liftgate, threshold, inside, white-glove, limited-access, construction-site, or other enhanced services must be specifically included in the order confirmation. A driver's voluntary assistance does not expand the contracted service or make the driver an installer.
Inspection and Freight Damage
Inspect the number of pieces, packaging, and visible condition before signing the delivery record whenever reasonably possible. Note every visible shortage, puncture, crush, tear, water mark, broken band, pallet damage, or other concern on the carrier's delivery record. Write a specific exception rather than "subject to inspection." Photograph all sides of the shipment, the label, the noted delivery record, and the affected product.
For visible freight damage or shortage, contact Wine Accomplis within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery. For concealed damage, stop unpacking as soon as damage is discovered, preserve the product and all packaging, and contact Wine Accomplis promptly. Prompt notice helps preserve carrier remedies; it does not waive a right that applicable law makes nonwaivable.
Do not discard packaging, repair, install, energize, or use a damaged product until Wine Accomplis or the carrier provides instructions. Wine Accomplis may require inspection, additional photographs, serial numbers, estimates, or carrier documentation before resolving the claim.
Refused, Missed, or Failed Delivery
Do not refuse a shipment solely because of minor packaging damage; note the condition and contact Wine Accomplis. Refusal may be appropriate for severe visible damage that reasonably suggests the product cannot be safely accepted. If possible, contact Wine Accomplis before refusing.
An unjustified refusal, missed appointment, inaccessible site, or failed delivery caused by customer circumstances is not a cancellation. The customer may be responsible for documented return freight, storage, redelivery, and related charges to the extent permitted by law. If a product was expressly labeled Return Eligible and later qualifies for a discretionary return, the 30% restocking fee and all return conditions also apply.
Customer-Arranged Carrier or Pickup
If the customer selects or arranges a carrier, freight forwarder, installer, courier, or pickup person that Wine Accomplis did not hire, that person acts for the customer. Risk of loss transfers when the product is released to that person, except where applicable law provides otherwise. The customer is responsible for suitable equipment, secure loading, restraint, permits, and onward transportation.
Risk of Loss and Title
For delivery arranged by Wine Accomplis, risk of loss transfers when the shipment is delivered to the customer or an authorized recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Title transfers only after full payment and delivery, subject to applicable law. Direct shipment from a TecVino or Magnumaster supplier does not transfer consumer risk merely because the supplier gave the goods to a carrier. Carrier status may change before physical movement and does not by itself establish delivery.
Proof of delivery, carrier tracking, a signed freight bill, photographs of the delivered shipment, and the address you supplied may be used to respond to an item-not-received or not-as-described payment dispute. A chargeback is not a substitute for the inspection and freight-damage process in this policy. If you arranged your own carrier or pickup, an item-not-received claim after release to that person will be evaluated against the risk-of-loss rule above and applicable law.
Installation and Site Preparation
Shipment or delivery does not include installation unless the order expressly says so. Before arrival, the customer must complete required electrical, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, structural, permit, and access work. Specialized products must be installed by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable codes.
Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges
The customer is responsible for applicable sales or use tax, duties, customs charges, brokerage, permits, and government fees unless the order expressly states that Wine Accomplis will collect or include them. For international or forwarded shipments, the customer is the importer of record unless a written order confirmation states otherwise.
DAMAGE CLAIMS Report visible freight damage within 48 hours, preserve every piece of packaging, and send clear photographs. These steps protect the claim process but do not eliminate nonwaivable legal rights.
