RETURNS & CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY
Wine Accomplis | Effective August 30, 2026
RETURN TERMS AT A GLANCE Return treatment depends on the classification displayed before purchase. A product expressly labeled Return Eligible may be authorized for return within 14 days, subject to a 30% restocking fee, with the balance refunded to the original payment method. Special-order outsourced products and Wine Accomplis-made custom pieces are final sale after the stated commitment point.
Scope of This Policy
This Returns & Custom Orders Policy applies to products purchased directly from Wine Accomplis through wineaccomplis.com, an accepted quotation, invoice, or another direct sales channel. It is incorporated into the Wine Accomplis Terms of Service and any applicable order confirmation.
This policy governs discretionary returns. It does not limit remedies required for products that are defective, damaged in transit, materially misrepresented, incorrect, or covered by a nonwaivable warranty or consumer-protection right.
Product Classifications
In-stock outsourced product — Return Eligible. TecVino and Magnumaster are the only outsourced product lines. A TecVino or Magnumaster unit qualifies for a discretionary return only when the product page, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation expressly identifies it before purchase as "In Stock — Return Eligible."
Special-order outsourced product — Final Sale. A TecVino or Magnumaster unit that Wine Accomplis sources, reserves, configures, or orders from the supplier specifically for a customer is a special-order outsourced product only when it is expressly identified before purchase as "Special Order — Final Sale." It becomes noncancelable and nonreturnable when Wine Accomplis submits or commits the supplier order, as stated in the order documents.
Wine Accomplis-made product — Made to Order / Final Sale. Except for TecVino and Magnumaster, products offered by Wine Accomplis are made by Wine Accomplis. A product produced, finished, sized, configured, personalized, or modified after the order is placed is a made-to-order product and is final sale. If Wine Accomplis later offers an already-completed product as ready to ship, it is returnable only when expressly labeled "Return Eligible" before purchase.
The classification shown before billing and repeated in the order confirmation controls. Wine Accomplis will not reclassify a product after accepting the order. If an outsourced product is not clearly labeled Return Eligible or Special Order — Final Sale, Wine Accomplis must clarify the classification in writing before requesting billing information or accepting payment.
Return-Eligible Products
Authorization deadline. You must contact Wine Accomplis within fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery and receive written return authorization before sending the product back. An unauthorized return may be refused.
Proof of purchase. The order number, receipt, invoice, or another purchase record accepted by Wine Accomplis is required.
Required condition. The product must be unused, uninstalled, unassembled, unmodified, complete, and suitable for resale as new. It must be returned in intact original factory packaging with all inserts, manuals, accessories, labels, serial-number materials, protective films, and components.
Return shipment. Unless the return concerns a confirmed defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item, you are responsible for suitable packing, insured return transportation, and risk of damage during return transit. Use of the original carton does not by itself establish eligibility.
30% Restocking Fee and Refund Method
Every approved discretionary return is subject to a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee calculated on the accepted merchandise price, excluding taxes and separately stated service charges. Wine Accomplis will refund the remaining seventy percent (70%) of the accepted merchandise price to the original payment method after the returned product passes inspection.
A gift-card purchase is refunded to the gift card. For a mixed-payment purchase, the refund may be allocated among the original payment methods. Original shipping, freight, delivery, installation, assembly, expedited-service, customs, duty, and return-shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law. Taxes are adjusted as required by law.
Wine Accomplis will ordinarily initiate an approved refund within ten (10) business days after receipt and inspection. A bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. If the product or packaging fails an eligibility condition, Wine Accomplis may refuse the discretionary return and will explain the reason. The customer is responsible for agreed storage or shipment needed to recover a refused return.
Final-Sale and Nonreturnable Items
The following are not eligible for discretionary cancellation, return, exchange, refund, or store credit when identified as such before purchase: Wine Accomplis-made custom or made-to-order products; special-order TecVino or Magnumaster products after the supplier commitment point; personalized, modified, configured, clearance, final-sale, or "as is" merchandise; installed, assembled, connected, energized, used, altered, or customer-damaged products; gift cards; opened consumables, cartridges, replacement media, or sanitary-contact items; and any product expressly marked nonreturnable.
A discounted or sale-priced item is governed by its displayed classification. It is not final sale merely because it is discounted unless it was clearly labeled Final Sale or As Is before purchase.
Wine Accomplis-Made Custom Pieces
A Wine Accomplis-made custom or made-to-order piece requires a fifty percent (50%) deposit that is designated nonrefundable when Wine Accomplis accepts the order, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The deposit is applied to the purchase price and is intended as reasonable compensation for difficult-to-measure losses from reserved production capacity, custom design and administrative work, and committed materials. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due when the piece is ready for shipment and must be paid before release to the carrier, unless a written quotation states a different schedule.
If mandatory law gives a buyer a right to restitution after cancellation or breach, Wine Accomplis may retain only the amount permitted by law, including valid liquidated damages, actual damages, and the value of benefits provided, and will return any legally required balance to the original payment method. The quotation or order documents may identify order-specific commitments supporting the deposit.
After acceptance, the custom order is final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. This does not apply if the finished piece has a verified defect, materially fails to conform to approved written specifications, Wine Accomplis cannot fulfill the accepted order, or applicable law requires another remedy. If Wine Accomplis cancels because it cannot fulfill the order, it will promptly return amounts paid for the unfulfilled portion to the original payment method.
Special-Order TecVino and Magnumaster
The product page or order documents will state any deposit or payment schedule for a special-order TecVino or Magnumaster product and the point when the supplier commitment is designated nonrefundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. If no deposit schedule is stated, full payment is due before supplier release or shipment. After the disclosed supplier commitment point, the order is final sale except for a verified defect, material nonconformity, Wine Accomplis's inability to fulfill, or a remedy required by law. Any amount retained after a buyer's cancellation or breach is limited to the supplier commitment and other damages or amounts lawfully recoverable.
Customer Approval and Changes
The customer is responsible for reviewing all dimensions, finishes, colors, quantities, configurations, electrical requirements, artwork, spelling, access requirements, and other specifications before approving a custom order. Natural material variation, screen color variation, reasonable manufacturing tolerances, and differences within an approved sample or description are not defects.
A requested change after approval may be declined. If accepted, it may require a written change order, added charges, and a revised production or delivery estimate. Failure to pay an amount when due may pause production or shipment and may result in storage, redelivery, or other documented costs to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellations Before Commitment
A customer may request cancellation of a Return Eligible product before it enters fulfillment or of a special-order product before the disclosed supplier commitment point. Cancellation is not effective until Wine Accomplis confirms it in writing. If confirmed before the applicable commitment, amounts collected for the canceled item will be returned to the original payment method. Once a Return Eligible product ships, the return provisions above apply.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
The 30% restocking fee does not apply to a confirmed shipping-damaged, materially defective, materially nonconforming, or incorrect product. Contact Wine Accomplis promptly with the order number, a description, photographs or video when reasonably available, and any requested serial-number or packaging information. Do not discard packaging or install, energize, or continue using a product that appears damaged or unsafe.
TecVino and Magnumaster products are also subject to the applicable manufacturer warranty made available before purchase. Wine Accomplis-made products are subject to the Wine Accomplis Limited Warranty and nonwaivable state-law rights. Depending on the facts and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, missing parts, price reduction, return authorization, or a refund to the original payment method. No restocking fee is deducted from a legally required remedy.
How to Request Authorization
Send the order number, customer name, product, delivery date, reason for the request, and current photographs of the product and factory packaging to jason@panachewinecellars.com. Wine Accomplis will provide instructions if the request is authorized. Authorization does not guarantee final approval or a refund; final eligibility is determined after inspection.
Consumers are entitled to a written copy of this return policy upon request.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
A chargeback or payment-network dispute is not a return authorization. Wine Accomplis will represent the transaction with the pre-purchase classification, order confirmation, deposit terms, delivery records, photographs, and inspection results. If the product was labeled Final Sale or made to order and was delivered in material conformity with the approved specifications, a remorse-based chargeback may be contested. Confirmed defects, shipping damage, incorrect items, and other nonwaivable remedies are handled under this policy and the Wine Accomplis Limited Warranty without a restocking fee.
CHARGEBACK IS NOT A RETURN A payment dispute does not authorize a return, waive inspection, cancel a final-sale custom piece, or replace a legally required warranty remedy. Contact Wine Accomplis first.
LEGALLY REQUIRED REMEDIES Final-sale terms and restocking fees govern only discretionary returns. They do not limit a nonwaivable right to repair, replacement, cancellation, or a refund for a defective, materially misrepresented, unfit, incorrect, or unshipped product.
